By accessing and using The Unlocal ESCAPE Business System platform ("Service"), operated by The Unlocal Group Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
The Unlocal provides business coaching tools, templates, and AI-powered guidance through the ESCAPE Business System. Our Service includes:
- Interactive business planning templates
- AI-powered business coaching assistance
- Progress tracking and analytics
- PDF report generation
- Community membership access
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payments
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees for your chosen subscription tier
- Authorize recurring charges unless you cancel
- Acknowledge that refunds follow our Cancellation and refunds policy: a full refund of everything paid, within 30 days of joining, or within the period stated on the partner offer you joined through; after that, payments already made are not refunded, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
- Upload malicious content or spam
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
6. Intellectual Property
The ESCAPE Business System, including all templates, content, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of The Unlocal Group Inc. You may use these materials for your own business purposes but may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our content.
7. AI-Powered Features
The ESCAPE AI Business Coach provides guidance based on the information you provide. You understand that:
- AI responses are for informational purposes only
- AI guidance does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, etc.)
- You are responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations
- AI responses may not always be accurate or complete
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Unlocal Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using the ESCAPE Business System will result in specific business outcomes.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; you will not be charged again, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. If we terminate your account for a violation of these Terms, your right to access the Service will cease immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Regina, Saskatchewan.
