• You are responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations
• AI responses may not always be accurate or complete

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Unlocal Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using the ESCAPE Business System will result in specific business outcomes.

10. Termination
