Cancel Anytime

The ESCAPE Business System operates on a subscription basis with no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you won't be charged again.

How Cancellation Works

You can cancel your subscription from your account settings or by contacting us directly. When you cancel:

  • No future charges: Your payment method will not be charged again after cancellation
  • Access continues: You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
  • Data retention: Your saved work remains accessible for 30 days after your access ends
  • Easy reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time to regain access

No Refunds Policy

Due to the immediate access nature of digital products and the value provided from day one, we do not offer refunds on subscription payments. This includes:

  • Monthly subscription payments
  • Annual subscription payments
  • Quarterly Facilitation add-on sessions

We encourage you to take the free ESCAPE Scorecard and review all program details before subscribing to ensure ESCAPE is the right fit for your business.

Founding Member Pricing

Founding members who cancel and later resubscribe may not be eligible for their original founding member pricing. Discounted rates are reserved for continuous subscriptions only.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  • Go to Account Settings in your dashboard
  • Click Manage Subscription
  • Select Cancel Subscription
