Cancellation and refunds

The 30-day guarantee. Every membership comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide within 30 days of joining that ESCAPE is not right for you, write to hello@theunlocal.com and you will receive a full refund of everything you have paid. There are no conditions. If you joined through a partner offer, the guarantee period stated on that offer applies.

After the first month. Membership is month to month, or yearly. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. Payments already made for the current month or year are not refunded, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Quarterly facilitation sessions are booked and paid separately and are refundable up to fourteen days before the session date.

Your work. Everything you have written in the app stays available to you for thirty days after your access ends, so you can print or download it. After that it is removed.

How to cancel. Go to your account settings and choose Manage subscription, or write to hello@theunlocal.com and we will process it within one working day.

Coming back. You can rejoin at any time at the prices in effect then.
